With 15 years of experience, Neelakshi has worked with esteemed organizations such as UNICEF, the State Child Protection Society, the 181 Women Helpline, and the Special Cell for Women. Since joining ICCSPL in 2022, Neelakshi has been a vital contributor to efforts addressing gender-based violence within Assam's tea communities. Her extensive background in child protection and women’s rights has enabled her to drive impactful initiatives, fostering safer and more equitable environments for vulnerable populations.
