The 2017 edition of the Green Business Challenge will commence in the month of October. This time around, the challenge will incorporate the broad themes of AGRI and CLEAN. The Challenge will also extend its outreach, as this year it will cover 14 states across India, against the 8 states covered last year.

Through the Challenge, ICCSPL continues to support young enterprises, monitor their performances and bring in added value by providing business incubation and mentorship support for these young enterprises in their journey to business maturity. The following two key objectives of GBC beautifully summarize ICCSPLs intent through the challenge:

• To find, and foster green-o-entrepreneurs with innovative ideas that address today’s agriculture challenges focusing specifically on the East & the North East region of India
• To create an innovative platform which not only scouts new ideas but also provides support in terms of incubation, exchange innovative ideas and establish international networks and partnerships
